Please join Rob and Andrew to help promote and jump start this Chinese restaurant called RICE, under new ownership.  Chef Steve and Margaret Chang, previous owners of the Forbidden City Chinese restaurant on Mills (Next to The Center), are the new owners and new to this area of Orlando.  Andrew and I personally know the couple as we were Tai Chi students of Master Chang (Steve's Father) on Park Avenue in Winter Park for 2.5 years.  I also worked with Margaret for 4 years while employed at the Hyatt in the airport.  It would be great if we could fill this little restaurant  with all of us!  There are 4-5 booths and 2-3 tables seating 4 people each.  We would love to see 10-12 couples as well as friends, especially those living around the area of Chickasaw and Curry Ford Road to come and taste this unique cuisine.  The food is fantastic and the price is very inexpensive.  

Andrew and I along with friend Tom, of Tom and Mike, ate here last week and had lamb.  Excellent!

FOR OUR GROUP:  There will be a special entrée arrangement for all.  The cost is $12.00/person, which will include your appetizer, entrée, choice of soup, and beverage (1 bottle water or can of soda). The entree will include 2 meats and a vegetable deluxe mix.  Please let Andrew and I know if you are vegetarian when you RSVP.

After dinner at RICE, for those so inclined, we will then convoy to the south end of Chicksaw Trail and visit our favorite ice cream parlor, Hershey's, for dessert!  It's also very inexpensive and the ice cream is very good with a plethora of unique flavors.  Come and enjoy a great evening of food with Rob and Andrew at RICE.
